Comparison Notes

How These Provider Comparisons Work

How dated first-party sources and written provider terms support these side-by-side pages.

Read how provider comparisons work

The private aviation market includes fractional ownership, leases, jet cards, memberships, brokered on-demand charter, public charter, and scheduled-seat products. The contracting party and the entity with operational control can differ by product.

Jet Partners is an air charter broker under 14 CFR Part 295. Jet Partners is not a direct air carrier and does not exercise operational control. The properly licensed direct air carrier identified in an accepted proposal operates the flight and retains operational control.

Each comparison uses first-party provider pages or terms and displays its source-review date. We compare model-level facts and direct readers to the sources. Exact rates, fees, aircraft assignments, service areas, notice rules, and recovery terms should be verified in the current proposal or agreement because they can change and may be mission-specific.
