How Jet Partners collects, uses, stores, and protects personal data when you use our services.
Attribution and device data
When optional analytics is accepted, we may process landing page, referring-site origin, campaign parameters, advertising click identifiers, a per-tab session identifier, and allowlisted site interaction events. Form security may separately process IP-derived request data and browser headers.
How we use information
We use information to respond to inquiries, source and prepare charter options, record aircraft preferences, support customer service, prevent abuse, measure acquisition performance, maintain records, and meet legal or operational obligations.
Operational and CRM sharing
To handle a request, information may be processed in our Supabase lead records and Zoho CRM and shared with Avinode, air carriers, operators, handling providers, or other service partners as needed to evaluate or deliver the requested service.
Site and security providers
Our site uses Vercel hosting and performance measurement and may use Cloudflare Turnstile to protect forms. Google Analytics loads only after analytics is accepted. Zoho SalesIQ loads only when a visitor requests live chat. These providers process data under their own terms.
Storage and retention
The analytics choice is stored in the browser so the site can respect it. After analytics is accepted, campaign and first-touch attribution may be kept in browser session storage for the current tab. Business records are retained for as long as reasonably needed for service, security, recordkeeping, dispute, and legal purposes; retention periods vary by record type.
Optional analytics measurement
Google Analytics is disabled until you select Accept analytics. When accepted, the site sends pathname-only page views and strictly allowlisted interaction events. Contact details, customer-entered itinerary values, prices, and free-text labels are excluded.
Google advertising storage, advertising user data, and ad-personalization consent remain denied. Declining analytics prevents the Google Analytics network script from loading. Withdrawing consent stops further events and removes accessible Google Analytics cookies and campaign attribution stored by this site.
Security and form protection
We use administrative and technical safeguards designed to limit unauthorized access. Lead forms use source validation, rate limits, honeypot fields, and Cloudflare Turnstile verification in production. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
Do not submit payment-card data, passport details, medical information, or other highly sensitive information through a general website form unless a Jet Partners representative provides an approved secure process.
Your privacy choices
Depending on applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information and may object to or restrict certain processing. We may need information to verify the requester and may retain records where law or legitimate operational requirements permit.
You can accept, decline, or change optional analytics at any time through Analytics preferences in the site footer. Declining analytics does not prevent browsing the site, requesting a quote, or contacting Jet Partners. Browser and device controls provide additional choices.
Children and external services
The website and charter services are not directed to children. Do not submit a child's personal information through a general inquiry form unless it is necessary for an authorized travel request and you are permitted to provide it.
Links, embedded viewers, maps, chat tools, and third-party services may be governed by separate privacy notices. Jet Partners may update this notice when the implemented data flow or legal requirements change.
