A private-aircraft golf trip can combine the flight, ground transfer, lodging, and tee-time plan in one itinerary. Each component remains subject to its own provider, availability, and contract terms.
A Cabot Links planning example
The campaign used a New York–Cabot Links itinerary to show the information needed for a group trip:
- Possible departure: Republic Airport (FRG)
- Aircraft category to evaluate: Turboprop, based on the final group and baggage
- Example format: One night and multiple rounds of golf
This is a planning example, not a current package, confirmed departure, or promise that a particular aircraft or tee time can be sourced.
Define what the package includes
A written package may address:
- The proposed aircraft, direct air carrier, itinerary, and passenger terms.
- Ground transportation between the FBO, lodging, and course.
- Lodging dates and room assumptions.
- Requested tee times and course access.
Caddie fees, gratuities, meals, beverages, spa services, travel insurance, and personal expenses should be treated as excluded unless the final written terms expressly include them.
Start with the group and course
